Struggling and trying

Face pail and white
face full of fright
struggling and trying
to stop this crying

no tears you can see
but they're inside me
crying from my heart
which remains apart

just these scars to show
how down i feel, so low
but they wont stop bleeding
need someones help to heal them

but who can be that someone
who will never let me down
and who will be that someone
to banish this weary frown

don't you see i need you
to hold me tight and care
to wipe my tears and hug me
th show there's someone there

so please help how ever
you feel you can or will
as otherwise I'll hide it
making me feel ill

ill from the pain of watching
you stand by and ignore
don't notice me, just carry on
when you're the one i adore

you're the one i need
its killing me from inside
these feelings knotted up
that I'm trying to hide
