This is goodbye

First of all I want to say I'm sorry for all the wrong things I said the other day. I didn't mean any of it in any way.

I hope you can see it in your heart to forgive me, but if you can't, well that's something I can see.

You come to school crying, when you told me the bad news I felt like just falling down and dying.

I mean I know you've talked about it before, but I guess I didn't take it serious that I might not ever see you anymore.

And now just the thought of you leaving, makes my heart start disbelieving.

Disbelieving that we probably won't ever be like we were, and I thought us being best friends would keep you here for sure.

But I feel like it's my fault you're going, like that fight we got into just keep growing.

I sit here and cry, not knowing if I'm ever going to get to say good- bye.

I don't know when your planing to go, but I love you so much and that's something I really want you to know.

As I write this I look at us together in a pic, it just seems like every thing's going too quick.

I shared a very special thing with you, we switched blood and then right there I knew it was true.

We always got into fights, and they always kept me up at nights.

You leaving isn't just a silly fight that's going to go away, it's a war that's here to stay.

Last night I layed down in my bed, looking back from ever thing we did to everything we said.

I've cried more tears now than I ever have cried, this is pain I just can't hide.

This is something I wish I could say and look you into the eye, but well I guess this is goodbye.
