at first i thought you really did
i thought i could trust you
but that was before i discoevered everything you hid
you went behind my back
and slowly broke my heart
i wish i could have seen it coming
but I had loved YOU from the start
i gave you all the love i had to give
there was actually a time
when i thought that without you i could not live
but you never really felt the same way
i know this now
you just kept on lying day after day
i would have done anything for you
but you were keeping too many secrets
and now i wish that back then i knew
you don't love me
i never want to hear that again
you never truly felt the same
not even way back then
did you ever even care about me?
for even just a while?
i remember not so long ago
how much i thought you cared, was the only thing that made me smile

so please, just leave me alone
its too late now
everything you did has finally become known
so don't say you love me
i don't think you really know what that means

but they're all just ignorant teens
