Hatred

by marla   Nov 15, 2004

Hatred is such a beautiful thing.
You can feel it on a hot summer night or in the park,
on a swing.
In most cases it's friends,
with others it's family.
Hatred never ends,
it comes dreadfully.

I've felt it in all cases,
and it makes me crazy,.
There's Satan in faces,
there's Satan in babies.
I've never been a popular one,
but I've committed sins,
most just for fun.

Hatred is a genius,
not created by Jesus,
but of ourselves,
prisoners of books on a shelf.
There's a Pandora's Box
in everyone.
So fold up your socks,
and be blinded from the sun.

***meek, that's horrible. well, please comment and vote. -marla***
