She stands in the doorway
of her broken dreams
she’s got wounds that are bleeding
and a song that she sings.
For you, it’s all from you.

Her nightmares not over, it’s only just begun
her world keeps spinning backward
and now she’s found a gun
She’s swaying in her doorway
the one of broken dreams
she doesn't know whats coming
life for her is hard to believe.

She’s so beautiful
give her what she needs
end her of her life
and rob her of her dreams.

It hasn’t happened yet
but we know it’s coming soon
the wait’s too much to handle
the pressure she can’t consume
she’s following her brother
headed down that road
screaming at her mother
acting like her dad.
Her nightmares not over
it’s only just begun
her worlds still spinning backwards
and now she holds that gun

She’s so beautiful
give her what she needs
end her of her life
and rob her of her dreams

She’s lying in her doorway
the one of broken dreams
now no longer crying
peacefully she sleeps
her family crowded round
staring at her note
reading what it says
learning all their faults.
Beside her lays the gun
the one that helped her out
now she’s left this world
all her problems figured out

She lays in the doorway of her answered dreams
She’s got wounds that are bleeding
And a note that she leaves
For you, it’s all from you.

She was so beautiful
And you gave her what she needs
you robbed her of her life
and answered all her dreams.
