Thank you, Dedication

by Monica   Nov 16, 2004

It was late at night, when he crept into her room,
she was tiered of putting up a fight.

She knew it would happen tonight,
as it had so many nights before,
she knew it would happen when she saw him at her door.

When her parents had left her,
at a friends place alone,
the first night it happened,
she was the only one home.

She remembered that night,
as clear as day,
what had she done,
why should she pay?

That night, she remembered,
she had put up a fight,
said she was sorry, and if she could,
she'd make it all right.

But he had smiled his evil smile,
told her to behave,
it would only take a while.

She remembered that she had screamed in pain, as he took her innocence away,
how sore she was the very next day.

She was scared and worried,
what if someone found out,
that she was not pure,
and that they would doubt that the reason behind her in-pureness,
was a man who had hurt her deep.

For six years the damage was done,
and for six long years, they told she would never have a son.

But a miracle had happened,
something had healed her,
and i think that something was you,
and the way you hold her.

Thank you, Chris, for being there when i needed you.

and to my best friend holly, if it wasn't for you i would hurt myself again, but your friendship saved me the pain!!

Luv you both,

Monica!
