I came to you for help

by Gem   Nov 16, 2004

I came to you for help,
I was calling, reaching out to you,
But you didn’t care,
I was nothing to you.

You sent me away:
Just another lazy teen.
But there was just so much,
That you had never seen.

Two inches tall.
You let another sit in,
I tried to tell you,
But I couldn’t begin.

I had to make you pay,
For your heartless deed,
So I cut up my arm,
And watched it bleed.

I was desperate for your help,
But you chose not to see,
So when I kill myself,
Your fault, it will be.

Be sure to smile,
For I shall never again.
You gave up on me,
So I gave in to the pain.

This poem was written for a teacher at my school: Mr. Pike.
