I have not been found

by spunk   Nov 17, 2004

Trapped in a dungeon for many yeas
Weep by the cold shadows and tears
I don’t know where I’m going
I guess I’ll wait until morning
Morning is what I will wait once again for
Though my heart will be so painfully sore
Sore from the terrible long sad nights
Praying that someday, I will be able to see the lights
I sit in my lonely corner and cry
I wish I could get out of this place, if only I could fly
Fly away that’s what I would sore the sky until I found you

You are the cure for my sickness
You are behind the shadow, my witness
You’re the only one who can get me out of this place
If only I knew your breath taking face

The green turns to brown and brown turns to snow,
I still haven’t found you, I will never know
I wish there was an answer to the feeling that I get
My love for you is so strong, but I still haven’t found you yet

Another awesome one, very emotional, and it sounded like it came from the heart, keep up the good work.

Very beautiful, I love reading it :) and Im sure you will find you heart's love... keep believing and be strong :) ...oh yeah, just an suggestion, for the last line on the first stenza, maybe changing it to "Until I find you, I would sore the sky" just to keep the rhyme consistant... but just my personal opinion ;) the poem is great the way it is :D keep up the good work, take care :D
