Saved

I look at you and all I see is
Beauty floating in a deep blue sea.

Over the waves and big white ships
Under the sun that makes you crisp

But then all of a sudden it all fell down
All the beauty that I was around.

It all turned dark, not a soul in sight
Then I saw you, you were my light.

I was lost,but then I was found
You were the one, who's light was found.

I was close,close to dead
But then you found me,and knew it shouldn't end.

This life that was once empty and pitiful too,
Was saved because you knew I needed you.

If I wouldn't have seen your light shine through
I'd still be in the dark hoping to die soon.

But you came and saved me,still
I wonder why you came through.

Did you see a soul in need,
Or did you just stumble across the key?

Into the life that almost drowned,
Or maybe the pistol I would have found.

But it came apparent to me today,I'd be dead,
If you wouldn't have saved me that day.
