Can you tell she's afraid?
Can you see shes having another bad day?
Do you see the lines on her wrist?
Do you notice when she gets mad, she hides her fist?
No one sees that everythings wrong
No one knows her wish of wanting to be gone
She doesn't like it here
But no one can ever see her fear
Every night for her is another night of tears
Every night she is reminded of her constant fears
She hides the cuts on her wrist
For fear that people will find out
She has a great family and plenty of friends
You wouldn't know why she wants it to end
She doesn't wnat people to know
She will never let her pain show
She is feeling so alone
She fears that her death wish will be shown
People would just point and stare
Say shes crazy but about her, they won't care
People just don't understand
I doubt theyd even give a d**m
Everyone pretends to care about her
But she is never sure
No matter what though
Her true self she will never show
People don't need to know about the real her
Of that, she is very sure.
No one knows who she really is
No one can see she doesn't want to live
She is trapted inside her own head
Wishing every day that she was dead
So she goes about day after day
Never letting on that shes afraid
She'll put on her happy mask
I don't know how long she can keep up this act..
