Deep depression

by stephalee   Nov 18, 2004

He wanted it to end
Even though they hurt him
Cigarettes, drugs and alcohol were his only friends

Eating less and less
Not really caring
His life is a screwed up mess

Going down in shame
Fading away
And hearing the angels calling his name

With his appetite lost
From all the drugs he takes
Nothing he does can pay the cost

On the verge of a deadly disease
His life turns around
Finally he sees

Thanks to two close friends
His life is revived
No longer is he near the end

One friend is now gone he is not mad
When he had her only anger came
Now she’s gone and he’s glad
