A Dangerous Word

Love is Dangerous
It's too much of a powerful word
Every time you use it
You just get yourself hurt

It should be handled with care
And never to be used
Because it's power is heavy
And you might drop it and get bruised

It brakes very easily
And it explodes in your face
That is why love
Should be locked in a case

I've heard many times
Of people dying in pain
Emotionally, Spiritually and
have lost all they have gained

because they have used this term
At an early stage of their life
And for some it has cause them
To draw out their knife

They have slit their wrist
The pain to hard to bear
But the pain is never half as bad
As the pain that put them there

They have asked themselves why?
"Why did it have to happen to me"
But they brought it upon themselves
And thats why they must bleed

How do I know this?
How do I know all this pain?
It's because I was one
I was one to believe this foolish game.
