Still cant let go

You know that its over but you still cant let go

The way you loved him he’ll never know

You try to get over the feelings you had

And try not to think of how he hurt you so bad

But no matter what you do or how hard you try

Those emotions take over and make you breakdown and cry

How could he do this to you? You ask yourself every night

You thought he was the one who made everything right

Even after the nights of tears after tears

None of your problems seem to want to disappear

You always thought his love would last forever

But now it’s become a thing of the past

Thoughts of killing yourself run through your head

Instead of going through this you’d rather be dead

After all that I love you and call after call

You realize you meant nothing to him at all

You try to solve problems

You think you don’t have a good enough life

Even if he sees the scars on your hand

One thing is for sure…he’ll never understand
