Has anyone ever told you
that radiant eyes can kill?
Has anyone ever told you
that you just fit the bill?
Has anyone ever told you
just what it means to love,
what it means to cry bitter tears,
to receive hope from above?

Has anyone ever told you
that good deeds never pay?
Don't you worry now my friend,
they'll learn the truth some day.
Has anyone ever said
that they really love you?
I'm sure that one day soon
that dream will come true.
