Why must we do this?

I feel so alone with out you

i cut my self to make my self feel better...

i choose not to eat food to make my self feel better...
you choose not to eat food too....
i try to forget you...
you try to forget me...
my cold heart is all dryed up..
so is yours
so?why must we do this?
why can't we just work it out?
