For kids

I look in to her eyes
concentrate on whats
deep within
and behind that smile
i see her frown
i see her cry
laying alone at night
getting no love
or affection from him
so why dose she
live unhappy
then i see
that little girl
tugging on her leg
and i see
theres more to her
than just her happiness
she looks at them
and wants them to have
what she never had
a family
she didn't know what it was like
to see her mom
and dad
every night
she remembers
splitting weekends
and how hard it was
to really truly
be happy
she sees her kids
and know they
still have a chance
for happiness
so she puts up
with his
terrible ways
she deals with
being sad
she hurts inside
but stays with him
for her kids
