Age is but a number
it shouldn't have a say
feelings are what matter
at the end of every day

you want someone to hold
then baby I'm your girl
I'm always here for you
thoughts and emotions twirl

you want someone to listen
I'm always eager to hear you
your voice calms my restless soul
theres so many more things i can do

you want some one to kiss
well baby kiss away
i love it when our lips connect
maybe in front of friends and family one day

i can give you all you want
i don't care about some stupid law
it cant change the way i feel
what can i do, Ive reached the last straw

i know you want me to wait
but i don't know if i should, theres no guarantee
a year and a half is a long time
what if then you don't want me

i love you baby
so ill try to wait
maybe we cant make it
and reach the lovers gate

but i still think...

    hey daniel! you got me confused with the first part of your comment. lol owell...josh does have a point and thats what he wanted. so whatever its kool with me. im learning to get over it. just like lindsey. thanks babe for all your encouragment (ahh big word..sp??) and everything else. love ya!

    Im guessing, but I think that comment might have been when you asked me if I would ever date someone your age, or you, Im not sure. And I do believe I said "It depends on the person. But, yeah, definately." I think that Josh has a valid point, as well as you. I think that its best for you to choose what you want. Josh doesnt want this now, so he chose to say goodbye. So, your left with this. But I know youll be ok. Your very attractive, and sweet. (for a rebel) lol Another good one Kay.

    thanks...im glad yall enjoyed my poem. see im about to turn 15 (december 21st) and my now ex boyfriend just turned 18 and he said i had to wait till i was 16. but thats a long time, and his feelings might change between now and then. and if i do wait and his feelings do change then thats a year and a half of my life wasted that i could have been with someone else. its hard. lol but i hope everything works out for the both of you.
