Leave it at that

by Mild insomnia   Nov 23, 2004

I slam the door as I leave the room,
Slump inside a hall of doom and gloom,
You knew,
“Just one more thing” I told you.

And that was it I’d had enough,
I closed the door, and the entire house shook,
But look,
Does this face really give a ****?

You ain’t the faintest fricking idea have you?
It’s not so complicated, unless you’re a fool,
And let’s leave it at that.

Guess you don’t know when to shut your mouth,
Here’s a clue; it’s when I’m walking out,
Right about,
Now, and that’s without a doubt.

I’m sick of hearing you blab on,
I know I’m here but my mind’s truly gone,
So long!
I’ll see you when you know you’re wrong.

You ain’t the faintest fricking idea have you?
It’s not so complicated, unless you’re a fool,
And let’s leave it at that.

Let’s hear it for the parents………………

Anyone?

Ah well.

They tell us not to curse and swear,
When we know that they don’t care!
The hypocrites say don’t you dare,
When they can, it’s so not fair!
Clean your room and do your homework,
And if we don’t they go berserk!
So when we call them ****ed up jerks,
They act surprised and we just smirk!

You ain’t the faintest fricking idea have you?
It’s not so complicated, unless you’re a fool,
And let’s leave it at that.
