As I sit here and think
of all God's children
one comes to mind
over and over again
the sweet little boy
with soft blonde hair
and bright blue eyes
always on the go
never slowing down
determined and strong willed
how can I say this about a little boy so young and naive?
you come watch him
and you'll see
why it is I love this little boy
he's sweet and kind
loving and playful
he does not speak in words
but you can see in his eyes
the love he holds
towards the world
in which he lives
and has come to know
baby your love is so genuine
you show the world how you care
through that bright little smile
and those dazzling eyes so blue
I can't think of a more delightful little soul
to write about
and dedicate my words to
