Took my last breathe

As i watch the blood slowly flow down my arm i think of your face i start to cry not because of the pain from the blade but because of the pain you caused me you said things you regret but i guess its to late to apologize for i am almost gone I've been gone a long while i have nothing further to say but as i take my last breath & right before i close my eyes i see you walk in and all you can do is stare because i took my last breath.....
