I Pity the Fool

by Kristin   Nov 25, 2004

I pity the fool who cannot see,
The light far in the tunnel,
I pity the fool who only sees,
Your words drain in a funnel.

I pity the fool who doesn't see,
all the good in others,
I pity the fools who cannot talk,
they can't even talk to their mothers.

I pity the fool who is so conceited,
Who only sees themselves,
I pity the fool who always hides,
their whole life up on their shelves.
