A promising love

by Shaina Ahenger   Nov 27, 2004

A very promising love,
Deceived by undying passion.
A passion of adventure,
Threatening love's existence.
It cuts through strongly,
My heart seeps out sorrow.
The one trust has disappeared,
Along with your definite feelings.
Still I stand independent,
But inside I bleed throughout.
This time, you have made a mark,
Forever it will remain inside,
And always clear in my mind.
Our once promising love,
Still suffers a mental injury.
That will not heal completely,
Until you can rise above change.
