One Second

by Shaina Ahenger   Nov 27, 2004

A knife, one shot, a rope around one's neck,
Maybe they don't want to live; their life is a
train wreck.
One action you could end it all,
One movement and to the ground you'd fall.
Do you have a reason to live, ask yourself that
question,
You should get counseling is some people's
suggestion.
You think you life is hard, you just can't go on,
If you live afraid that you might commit crimes
and become a con.
Teenagers think sometimes if they died, no one
cares,
I feel pity for them, so for hope I can calmly say
some prayers.
With every word I speak, it comes with so much
thought,
But the battle between your heart and mind has yet
to be fought.
If you are going to end it now, you better do it
quick,
If you want to be above the clouds, but a yes is
what you must pick.
