Our Teenage Life

How come our teenage life just isn't the same
i guess to everyone we're just a game
our parents make our lives a living war
so what's the point of being here for
to me I've got no where to run
I just wanna have some fun
but in this house there's no such thing
why can't our parents just understand
the pain they're putting us through
they use to love and care for us
but all they ever do now is fuss
can't they get the picture
that all we want is to be loved
i guess not if the only thing they do is shove
we are all going through the same problems
cause our teenage life has changed us all

Yeah...it's like our parents forgot a part of themselves...when they were are age. Thanks for the nice comment, and I like this poem lots. About my other poem though, it wasn't about a guy. It was about a girlfriend of mine. She's the best!
