This World

Wouldn't this world
Just be improved
If neighbors got along
And there were no family feuds?
If there were no more wars
Where the innocent were killed
If all weapons were abolished
If only this dream of mine could be fulfilled.
If love weren't so desirable
And friendships weren't taken away
If only everyone was unique,
Different in your own way.
If us humans weren't so selfish
For our ever wants and needs
If only we learn there is more to life than that,
If only there were more good deeds.
If there was no more racism,
Of this great melting pot,
If only we realized everyone is different,
No one would get shot.
If only their was no depression
For cutters everywhere
Because the innocent are forever dying
If only more people of this society would care.
