I had to read this a few times before I understood it. You certainly have an interesting way of writing! It's like poetic prose, for loss of a better phrase. I really had to twist my mind around it, and there are still bits I don't understand without changing some ' 's if you get what I'm saying. Good stuff nonetheless. I was quite impressed by this, just because of how much it made me think!

An entrancing stroll through a thorny garden. Can't help but feel I've been in similar situations, even as part of me wonders if there are more nuances to this reminiscent of your poems I've read before this... of ancient characters and ancient power, though not always accompanying wisdom. Regardless, I enjoy this poem a great deal. Each line resonates.
