My life

All alone, looking for answers
trying to find some solution
how did I get here?
What did I do wrong, to get punished like that?

I had it all,
love, safety and security
People who loved me endlessly
I didn't want to be afraid
but I guess faith had other plans for me

Now i can say
been there, done that, seen it all
but still wish I hadn't, though I've learned a lot from it
had to grow up faster than others

At times I just wish, I could
close my eyes and all the bad
memories will
vanish
But still, if the bad ones do, so will the good ones.
Those that make who I am today!
