Past ghosts

Why can't i shift these memories in my head
They just wont go,
Especially when i lye awake in bed
I try my best to ignore them put music on to shut them out
but when it finishes there still there with out a doubt,
If only i could erase that part of my past
Too make me stop wishing every day was my last.
