Superbest friends

by Shaina Ahenger   Dec 1, 2004

Energy drinks, they intrigue my taste,
They make me hyper as can be.
But it doesn't normally work,
Until you have two or three.

I have this friend you see,
I'd be very glad to tell.
Her name is Candice Morgan,
And laughing, we do excel.

Everyday in school first period,
We always have the habit to talk.
Well most of the time we're laughing,
Almost to the extent we can barely walk.

We have so many things in common,
It's creepy from time to time.
Like when we stepped on fresh cement,
And stood in complete sublime.

Our minds are like jelly together,
As we do the stupidest things.
But we didn't drink red bull,
Because we don't want fairy wings.

Now monster's are quite good,
But in Candice's book, they're great.
Reasoning behind this,
It makes her stay up late.

I laugh and she chokes on food,
While we play DDR all night long.
So many inside jokes arise,
As we sing our made up songs.

We take our late night stroll,
Down her neighborhood street.
Then a cop drives by past curfew,
And we dive to the grass from our feet.

My stomach becomes quite sore,
When I wake up the very next day.
All the laughing from the night before,
It was a lot of fun I have to say.

I remember last Halloween,
I dressed as an M&M that was green.
We were the oldest ones trick-or-treating,
And we made a pretty big scene.

She gets me in a good mood,
Even when a frown is near.
But when I'm around her for awhile,
It begins to disappear.

It's a blast when we're hanging out,
I hope this fun time never ends.
Because it's never a dull moment,
With the Superbest friends!
