I know the damage you feel
When the one you love’s so far gone
When the one that you adore
Is in someone else’s arms

You start to choke
Even suffocate
Vacant with passion
Overflowing with hate

I pretend that I don’t feel
This callous burn within
I wait until I subside
Bitter-until this cruel forsaking does end

I’m choking
Dying
Staying up so late
Billowing tears
Trembling as I suffocate
You’re in someone else’s arms
My love, will you emanate?
