Started with One thought

It all started with a single thought
then i became very sad and filled with distraught
i tried to hold them back but they just seem to flow
rolling down my face one by one In a row
sometimes i don't even know why
but i just start to cry
that feeling i have inside
the one i try to hide
it always seems to find a way out
making me want to scream and shout
my life has gone to hell
this for sure i can tell
when all i do is cry
cut myself then ask why
so as i watch the blood run down
slowly in the puddles of tears n blood i will drown
this all started from one single thought
and now I'm set free no longer being sad or distraught
