Forever punished

My past has punished me
Things once said, once done
Some people don't let go
They hold on forever

Now i try to live
In a society with a grudge
But banishment is forever
And banishment commenced years ago

The social divider moulded without me
The walls too high to climb
The doors shut to me
There is no return

Why does my past punish me now?
My only friend is now myself
My solitude the bklood running from my veins
My saviour, the angel collecting my soul
