Crimson End

by ..:: SiMPLiCiTY ::..   Dec 4, 2004

Another painful memory comes
Here we go again..
Your insults and scoldings
Dedicated to the end...

You call me worthless
I feel your heavy hand
I must follow your
Every misleading demand

God, I wish you were here
In this very moment and place
Save me from this pain
That never hides it's face

My face is bleeding
A wound cut deep
Out of a renewed scar
The crimson blood seeps

What have I done so wrong
As to tempt your endless wrath
I regret it now, and I wish
That I could follow a different path

I'm sorry for whatever I've done
I know that I am wrong
I didn't know that you
Had feelings so strong

I regret my existence now
Why do I even breathe?
I see your hateful eyes
When you curse and seethe

So I'll take that knife
And end it all
It\'s what you wanted, isn't it?
You desire my fall..

So I draw the blade
Across my stained throat
You look with horror
As I fall and choke

I thought you wanted this
Do you regret it now?
I would say sorry
But my voice makes no sound...

As I fall into darkness
Your cries I barely hear
It's all coming to a close now
The blackening end is near..
