You can't Understand

You say you could understand,
Honestly, do you?
To never think differently of me,
That one would be new.
I appreciate it much.
and I know you mean well,
Yet I just don't understand,
It's really hard to tell.
I know you want to help,
I know that; I really do.
But honestly to tell the truth,
What came of me telling you?
Thinking about it all the time.
I worry constantly what you'll think of me.
Think i'm crazy,
And wonder how this could be.
Never telling anyone,
Yes, you were the first.
Please don't tell anybody,
Because that would make it worse.
