Death of a demon

by BlackRose   Dec 4, 2004

They lash out and i hear cries
back and fourth each one flies
each time they come together
away flies bone, skin and feather
they fight for hours on end
never to break, sometimes to bend
sword of darkness vs. sword of light
one never really knowing his plight
with speeds that exceed the sound
they are gone, clangs resound
such has it been and always will be
angels and demons fighting for you and me
though one may die more will replace
each with newfound rage upon their face
wingbeats so majestic and proud
his mear presence draws a croud
dark green eyes and pointed ears
this presence draws out fears
togther these two powers do clash
and the world shakes with every slash
they fight for each and every reason
this fight will be the death of a demon

Wow... creative, I could never think of writing anything like that! Fantasy definetely works well with you, I liked it's dark edge too. Keep writing.
