Now you can’t look me in the eye,
You said you’d never hurt me,
Or even make me cry.
But now you’ve also lied to me,
You’ve abused my love and trust,
But I still love and care for you,
Although, much to my disgust.
My love for you has made me blind,
I’m lost within thoughts of you,
But I’m sick of all the lies, deceit,
I’m hating every word that is untrue!
But there will come a day when I’ll move on,
I won’t forgive, nor will I forget,
You told me lies, you broke my heart,
The love I felt, I regret…
But I’m over it for now,
And I just hope you can see,
That you’re so called ‘love’,
