Universe.

by brin macnamara   Dec 5, 2004

Alone.
Orbiting a nebulous planet.
Below me impenetrable cloud, grey, unforgiving.
Above me and all around is an inky void
nothing identifiable in any direction.
No colours, no optimism nor any signs of life or love..
Save there in the distance, fading fast,
a pin prick of light.

Focusing hard I distinguish You!
My source of life,
My energy,
My Love.

But what is this?
Close by there is another light -
Faint.
But aside of you.

One Sun and one asteroid.
One Bright, beautiful, my hearts delight.
The other; leeching,
drawing upon you, consuming your beauty, your light, telling you that he loves and needs you.

Turn back now!
Change course from the Black Hole you are being sucked into.
Come to me.
Bring me colour, clear the clouds surrounding me,
Let us fill the Universe with our Love and our combined light,
Let us both glory in an ecstasy of Love, Light, beauty and Passion.

Your poems if very very good, i really liked the way that it was worded! If you could, if its not too much trouble, could you rate my "Theres a feeling that i get" and "The Wonderful Place" and maybe at comments?

    Thanks,
