All I want for Christmas

by Elizabeth Ruiz   Dec 5, 2004

The tree standing uprught
with presents beneath
It' so beautiful
decorated with gliss
Yet when I see it
It looks empty
missing just one thing
I recognize it quickly
it only takes me a breeze
You're not under there
I can't seem to find your face
I clearly asked Santa
my love for him to bare
I've asked for dolls
when I was little
A puppy when I was young
Now I want a guy to make me happy
To bring me laughter, care and love
But I still can't find you
I don't know what's going on
Maybe I haven't looked in the right places
I hate it when Santa screws everything up.

Your poems if very very good, i really liked the way that it was worded! If you could, if its not too much trouble, could you rate my "Theres a feeling that i get" and "The Wonderful Place" and maybe at comments?

    Thanks,

    Sarah
