Feelin Again

To feel again would be the greatest gift
for i have not felt in such a long time
i want to see a happy face in my reflection
but that seems so far behind
i have lost the things that i hold dear
and replace them with lies
drugs and sex may never due what true love holds inside
and what i have loss could never been gained in such a short lifetime
i have held it, i have let it out and the results have stayed the same
to feel again is an empty dream
that shall be never gained
