Why Happiness

Ross says to be happy
to write of happy things
so i think ill write about the butterfly
or the little bird that sings

I might just sing about the flowers
that bath in the warm sun
I might write about a slip and slide
on which I have fun

I might write about a rainbow
or something far off
something I can dream about
or the clouds floating so soft

I could just write about the green grass
or the feeling of a child's love
why don't I write about Jesus
or the sign of the dove

Wow Ross I could write about all these things
but the impact wouldn't be the same
sorry Ross but sometimes
happiness is lame.
