To someone special
You know who you are.

I want to apologize to you.
I never gave you a chance.
I was to scared to try.

I was scared we'd break up,
Then we'd never be friends again.
I didn't want that.

So, I forced myself
To love another.
I even had myself fooled.

But I was never in love with him.

Baby,
I'm sorry.
I wanted you.
But I was scared.

I am in love with you,
No one else.
