I told my friends I liked you
And they asked me this question
They asked me why
Why is it that I like you?
I’ve only known you for a little while
Yet we have only said a few words
Deep down inside I guess I long to know more
Because you seem like a really great guy
The little bit that we have said
Made me realize you were a funny guy
Out on the dance floor a couple words you said
You told me I could grab you’re a** if that’s what I want
Every time you catch my eye
I see a cute little smile
Then you stop and stare
Boy that drives me insane
Makes me want you more
When you come over and say hi
You say a couple words then say good-bye
No ones ever done that
And it makes me want you more
These are the reasons I told my friends
Yet I don’t know if I should you the same
You’ve stopped looking and stopped saying hi
I don’t know if you’ve lost interests
Or if you think I don’t like you
I’m so confused don’t know what to do
