Fallen Angel

by Victoria   Dec 9, 2004

I’ve fallen from the sky
I’ve fallen from so high
My wings have been taken from me
The light I no longer see
I have been put back on the earth plane
I always told myself I would never fall here again
To a place where my heart was broken in two
I wished then I were the angel of death so I could kill you
But many years have passed and death has taken you to the other side
I should learn that from love I should not hide
But my heart is black to its core
The reason I am here is to learn more
Back on hells frozen lake
Where each face is so fake
I am of Gods elite few
There is no way I wish to interact with you
I hate humans and their self-pity they hold
It makes each one of them so cold
This angel has learned many lessons in her short life
And how no one should end his or her life at the edge of a knife
I once was the angel of envy and I have touched many people with this power
Now I am a normal human in this angel’s fallen hour
