but you should never doubt

a gift for you, for all of time
though my words dont really match
i hope my wishes you still can catch
a birthday wish, is all i have
no birthday cake that you can grab
but birthday laughter and funny giggles
are the greatest things that you were given
so as another year is over
and twenty-nine comes again
keep all of your birthday memories Michael
they're the one thing that will remain
this birthday wish is just for you
and and just like you, there is no other
birthday wishes and "butterfly" kisses
