Why is it that everytime i try,
My life always seems to pass me by.
The more breaths I take,
The more mistakes I make.

I wish I could make you understand,
And you would take my pain to distant lands.
Everytime I try to get close to someone,
I always end up getting hurt and run.

I run from the things i'm most scared of,
Like, I'll never be able to feel someone's love.
