Played Out

“Played Out”

You saw me across the street.
Now you’re jockin’.
Don’t you know,
these boots ain’t knockin’?

Show a little effort,
try some game.
I’m worth it,
but I’m not impressed with your name.

Have a little class,
and try some style.
You’re cheesy come on’s
belong in the 80’s file.

You’re getting nowhere.
I’m not impressed…
-and have you looked-
at the way you’re dressed?

Now come on!!
I’m usually not mean!
But your pants are brighter,
than the north stars beam!

It’s not your looks,
I mean… not all.
I don’t’ want to hurt you,
but sweetie, I probably won’t call.
