Big Girls Don't Cry

by Your eyeliner is laughable   Dec 12, 2004

Big girls don't cry,
Had something in my eye,
Big girls don't cry,
Don't cry.

Soldier die for their country,
Makes no sense to me,
With their big guns and bombs,
Seem like they only kill for their country.

But big girls don't cry,
Had something in my eye,
Big girls don't cry,
Don't cry.

Not about that.

Toxic gas is filling lungs,
Smokers dieing everyday,
I can't stop it,
Nor can you,
Guess it'll stay that way.

But big girls don't cry,
Had something in my eye,
Big girls don't cry,
Don't cry.

Not about that.

People talk the same,
Walk the same,
Barbie doll blondes in a happy bubble,
Skinny waists and plastic doll parts,
Look like trouble.

But big girls don't cry,
Had something in my eye,
Big girls don't cry,
Don't cry.

Not about that.

Your not worth it at all,
But I'm missin' you,
I didn't cry for you,
I wept and sobbed for you,
All for you,
But tears don't heal.

But big girls don't cry,
Had something in my eye,
Big girls don't cry,
Don't cry.

Not over you.
