Maybe one day I'll laugh and smile
and my fears won't control my life.
Maybe one day this pain will let me free
and I'll grow on my own.
Maybe I'll be better in a little while
no longer sad and afraid.
Maybe I'll learn to let the past be
and i wont be stuck in lies.
Maybe one day i wont be in denial
and I'll face the truth.
Maybe one day they'll except me for me
and acting won't be necessary.
Maybe I'll find someone who will go the extra mile
and love me unconditionally.
Maybe I'll be happy
and I'll live to learn.
Maybe one day my emotions won't be an endless pile
and happiness will be all i know.
Maybe one day I'll be able to see
and i will walk away from the cause of my pain.
