The Death of my soul

by Devon   Dec 14, 2004

I fear for my life against pain
Just to blame it on you
I risk the world to its very own death
Just so you know how much my very own soul went through
You showed me the meaning of ignorance,
harassment, and all of its doom
you all taught me three words
the words, \\\"I love you\\\"
Well say it with caution is what I must say
Because you never meant it, not even today
so please save your breath
from telling me these lies
and turn around and listen as I recite my goodbyes:
Goodbye to the life that I never once had
Goodbye to the pain that hurt me so bad
Goodbye to the day that I would once be your bride
And goodbye to the soul that you now killed inside.
