Misery

sadness overcomes me

dark clouds invade my mind

abject misery surrounds me

a way out i have to find

to love, was so fantastic

better than.... not to have done

my feelings, so ecstatic

i love her, the only one

she is the one i most loved

i thought my life was bliss

my heart so full, now broken

drifting down into the abyss

I must not reach the bottom

for then my world would reel

I have to fight for more love

to stop the woes i feel

I need to love somebody

the way i feel i should

and for them to love me back the same

our feelings understood

I thought i had met this woman

that fact i was so sure

and to love her, the only way i could

with feelings oh so pure.........
